When we purchased this house off the MLS, we knew it was going to be a project. But when we arrived and saw what condition it was in - well, let's just say we got more than we bargained for! Not only did the HVAC system not work, but the plumbing was completely busted. Water had been shut off due to pipes bursting and it needed a whole new roof and gutters. Plus, one of the basement walls was crumbling right before our eyes! To top it all off, every single inch of this place was outdated, dirty, and infested with mice.

Needless to say, we took on an enormous challenge when we bought this fixer-upper 'as is'. We've worked hard to restore this home back to its former glory - and though there were some down times, our effort has definitely paid off!
