The previous owner of this house had owned it as a rental property for several years until it became vacant again. In an effort to make the most of his investment, he decided to start renovating it himself. With some hard work and dedication, he was able to complete some work on the house but was unable to finish all of the projects he started due to time constraints. Feeling tired and frustrated, the previous owner decided to sell the place in a cash transaction so that he could move on with his life.

Thanks to our quick and efficient process, we were able to close on the sale within two weeks, providing him with the immediate funds he needed and allowing him to leave behind this chapter of his life. We originally planned to finish the renovation of the house and rent it out, but later decided to sell the house once we had fixed it up. The end buyer, with the help of the Neighbor Works program, was able to get a beautifully remodeled 5 bedroom house, as a first time home buyer with very little money out of pocket and for a very affordable price.
