Farm House Flip

The seller of this charming and historic farmhouse inherited it from his mother. She had lived in the house for decades, and it had fallen into a state of disrepair due to its age. The new owners decided on a quick cash sale without the involvement of realtors and entrusted us with their family memories. We were excited to have the opportunity to restore this beautiful home to its original glory, giving it a modern farmhouse feel.

When the project was nearing completion, the sellers stopped by to take a look at the final product and they were overwhelmed with joy. They loved seeing how beautifully we'd restored the home, bringing back nostalgia and fond memories of their beloved mother who had lived there for so many years. The man was especially moved by our work, shedding a tear as he relived his childhood in his mother's home that we'd brought back to life
